Thing Service Overview for Federated IoT Products

For products configured to use AWS IoT Core as their MQTT broker, SiX IoT Platform provides integration services to link and synchronize device states from AWS with their corresponding "Thing" status within SiX IoT Platform.

Unified device firmware code and APP code

By leveraging this integration service, both the Device SDK and the Application layers can utilize a unified codebase. This ensures that federated IoT products function identically to those connected directly to the platform's native MQTT broker.

Note

To prevent data redundancy, firmware logs and detailed message payloads are currently not synchronized from AWS to SiX IoT Platform. Developers can monitor these logs and messages directly via AWS CloudWatch.
